Hello guys please read this it's important.

I am not going to post for some time as i got Covid and honnestly i don't have any energy left.

My body is totally drained and my brain work like snails.

My body hurt and i can barely do anything beside sleeping, it has already been 3 days and i can barely write.

You will see it in this chapter, but it's bad writen like i forced myself but it was really hard, so enjoy and i'll see you when i feel better.

A little fact... I passed 12 hours fighting to write this bad chapter...

3rd Pov

Some time has passed since Velzard joined the soon to be Tempest.

During this short amount of time, Ciel emotion was very unstable since Velzard showed and gave her something.

Warm, even if this can't be compared to Rimuru's warm, Velzard still gave her this feeling of being loved.

This conflicted Ciel since deep inside she don't want to accept someone else, only her master exist, the other are just here for master happiness.

This is her mentality.

It has been 3 days since Rain and Velzard joined Ciel, Rain just served Velzard while Ciel managed the city.

Velzard Pov

It's has been a few day already and this country is slowly taking form.

The people here seem happy, well atleast most of them 'Ciel...' she is the leader here but i can see how lost she is.

Not in the country making part but in her own emotion...she doesn't cry or show her emotion but she is suffering.

Velzard : I did say i will help her.

But restoring a soul who is already broken is impossible.

Even worse, the soul of Rimuru Tempest i not in this world since his soul was destroyed along with the timeline he lived in.

This is nearly impossible but Ciel won't back down, she is probably willing to sacrifice the world for him.

Velzard : This is rather troublesome don't you think so Rain ?

Rain : What do you mean Velzard-sama.

Rain was actually serving me some tea 'In a few hours, we are going to Dwargon.'

Ciel won't come with us so it's only me and Rain.

Velzard : What do you think of Ciel ?

Rain : Lady Ciel ? Well she is rather cold and even as a primordial demon my instinc are telling to not anger her.

Logic, demon instinc are pretty sharp and Ciel is out of this world.

I don't know if Rimuru got a plan before sacrificing himself but the power he left for Ciel is unimaginable.

Velzard : You're right, i don't think anyone can beat her right now in a fair fight.

I can see that my word shocked Rain 'Fufu, now i wonder how Ciel will use this power.'

Sha can't see it since she is blinded by her goal actually but Rimuru wanted her to live a life on her own.

3rd Pov

Hours passed and Velzard finally departed for Dwargon.

While this happened, Ciel was flying above the forest searching for a certain ogres village.

The plan is already set up in her mind.

Ciel : I need to develop Tempest faster and in a few days...

Her heart suddenly ached.

Ciel : In a few days, the individual Shizue Izawa is coming.

This is one of the few moment Ciel is scared of.

Rimuru clearly showed how much he loved Shizue, so how will she react when she meet her ? Will she be angry ?

Or jealous ?

Because of this, she is very nervous of this meeting.

As she thought of that, she just reached the ogres village.

Ogre chief Pov

Todays was a normal days like always, well...not really since our guardian Veldora disapeared.

We also got the visit of a Majin who wanted to give us a name to which we naturally refused 'We only take name from a worthy master after all.'

But what really surprising is that there is a village of goblin who developped at a very fast pace.

There are probably equal to us level technology and even their strength.

I doubt they will beat us in a war but stll this is abnormal.

P Benimaru : Father !

Chief : Yes son ?

Mmh ? What happen ? I never saw my son like that before...

There is a small tint of fear in his eyes and sweet all over his face.

P Benimaru : There is someone who wish to see you...

Chief : What ? Who ?

P Benimaru : I-i don't know...

He look terrifyed 'What is happening ?'

Chief : Calm down son and report me the situation.

I went to his side and patted his back.

P Benimaru : Y-yeah, sorry for losing my composure.

Chief : It's fine, now tell me what happen.

He nodded and started to speak after taking a deep breath.

P Benimaru : There is a woman at the entrance...she asked to meet you.

Chief : A woman ?

Who would dare coming in a ogre village like that ? And a oman at that.

P Benimaru : Yes a woman with red eyes...

Chief : Why are you so scared ?

This doesn't explain why he is shaking, it's like he saw a monster.

P Benimaru : I-i can't explain but this woman has a terrifying aura..

Chief : I see, then we shal go fast before she run out of patience.

Ciel Pov

Just before arriving, i released a tiny part of my aura so it make my job easier.

The weak follow the strong, this is a rule that everyone follow.

When i landed Benimaru, Shuna and Hakurou were already there waiting for me 'Those name...it was master who gave them..'

P Benimaru : What do you want, stranger !

He is hot-headed, huh.

But unfortunally, no one can raise his voice on me beside master.

The next moment, Benimaru fell on his knee, his breathe became heavy as my eyes pierced his soul.

Ciel : I want to see your chief, don't make me wait too long or i'll end this pathetic village.

My voice grew colder at each word and i can see everyone around flinch.

Even if they fear me, i have nothing to worry.

It might be surprising but the ogre race are one of the loyal, once they pledge loyalty they won't betray their master.

No matter what.

P Shuna : O-oni-sama, you should search father ;

Benimaru nodded before running away as fast as he can 'Atleast he is going to think twice before showing his fang at someone.'

I then turned my attention to Shuna, she was staring at me cautiously.

P Shuna : W-would you like something to eat or drink miss ?

Ciel : No.

I responded coldly and waited without moving.

At the same time, in the armed nation of Dwargon.

The king Gazel Dwargo was sweating furiously as there is two monster in front of him.

Some moments ago, Velzard and Rain just arrived at the entrance of Dwargon, they decided to keep low profile.

And so, they got in the waiting line, all went smoothly until a group of adventurer tryed to flirt with them.

At some point, Velzard got enough and sent a wave of aura killing every mindless monster around.

As for the people who possess a conscious, they just fainted.

The king and most of the guard felt it and immediately rushed at the scene.

And then the situation escalated andnow the poor dwarf king is sitting in front of a dragon and demon.

Gazel : S-so why is a True dragon here ?

He used all his strength and will to keep his composure.

Velzard : You should teach your people to be more polite.

Gazel : Sorry for that.

In fact there is nothing to apologize but Gazel didn't want to anger them more.

Seeing this Velzard sighed and did a sign at Rain who nodded and got up.

Rain : If i may, we are here to recruit some dwarves for the development of a village.

To say the least, the king was shocked.

Gazel : (A village?)

Velzard : Before you ask more, i am actually building a country from scratch, i need more man power and competent people.

Gazel : I see.

Gazel Pov

This is really unexpected...a true dragon making a country ?

Not supporting but making one !

This is bad...i don't even know what her intention but what can i do ? She is here in front of me.

At any moment, she can just wipe Dwargon out...

Gazel : How many ?

Velzard : Oh ? You seeù rather cooperative, don't worry i won't take too much.

I nodded 'I can not afford to anger a True dragon.'

Velzard : Let say 10 of your best craftsman.

Gazel : I see, that seem reasonable.

'10, huh...' i should probably let Kaijin go, he don't have much to do here anyway.

If he can atleast be happy with this new job.

3rd Pov

And so, the ice empress was taken to the best blacksmith of Dwargon.

There she met Kaijin and the 3 dwarf brother who survived a attack in the cave where they collect magic cristal.

Fortunally for them, a wave of aura killed all the monster before they can harm the dwarf and with that they came back alive.

After learning that it was the doing of Velzard, even if she didn't do it intentionally.

Kaijin accepted and along with 9 other craftsman, they made their way to the soon to be Tempest.

And thus, the chapted of Dwargon is finished.

Coming back to the ogres village, the chief finally arrived at the entrance.

His eyes landed on Ciel and immediately he understood why his son was so scared.

What people don't know is that the chief of the ogre possess a rare extra skill who appear once every century in the ogre race.

It's a skill called « Instinc », a skill that allow him to see the truth strength of someone, it's like an analyse of someone using the instinc of the skill owner.

Chief : May i ask hat brought you here strong one ?

What terrifyed the chief was the shape of Ciel aura.

A menacing black dragon with red eyes devoid of emotion but at the same time very unstable.

Ciel : I'm going directly to the point, i want you all to serve under me.

...

Silence...

This is the result of this simple sentence.

In normal circumstances, the ogres would have laughed at this proposition.

But this time, they just shut up as Ciel aura made the atmosphere heavy and the way she said it was more an order then a proposition.

Chief : This is rather sudden.

Even under this pressure, the chief didn't bow.

He is the leader of proud ogres and as their representative, he cannot bow to anyone.

His word represent everyone after all.

Ciel : I naturally will give you all a better home and added to that a name to each one of you.

This shocked even more the ogres.

Naming a monster cost already a lot but now she want to name over a hundred of ogres ?

Chief : I see, that a big proposition.

The chief took a seconde to think before raising his head, his eyes narrowed as his body tensed up.

Chief : May i ask some time to think about it ?

Ciel : Sure, i'll give a week.

With that Ciel disapeared in blue particle.

Immediately after, the ogre chief fall on his back and sighed in relief.

Chief : (I thought she was going to murder us.)

He was tense because from what he saw, Ciel seem to be a very unpatient person.

Delaying her proposition would potentially trigger her anger.

P Benimaru : Father...

Chief : Yeah, i know...Call everyone, we are doing a meeting tonight.

Chief Pov

This was really intense, this lady was by far the scariest person i ever saw. She is like a predator who is ready to bite his prey at any moment.

The safest option would be to accept her proposition but i don't know what she intend to do with us.

Atleast she gave us some time to think, she don't seem like a bad person thought.

3rd Pov

Shortly after Ciel left, she reappear in a very dense forest ?

Her job is still not done, after the ogres, she has another goal.

The elven ruled by the empress Elmesia.

In tha past, El-chan and Rimuru formed a relationship between Tempest and Sarion, later they even became close friend.

There is also the fact that Rimuru love the elven race, even if thsi irritate Ciel, she is still going to need their help.

With the dwarf and elf, technology will progress faster and so the raise of Tempest too.

But at the same time, on the ice continent, we can see the red primordial and the one ranked number 1 among the demon lord.

He was sitting on a balcony while gazing at the horizon.

Guy : Velzard really left, huh.

He wasn't particulary sad or anything.

What bothered him was the fact that he lost one of his pawn in his game against Rudra.

Guy : And Rain don't report...

He sighed and looked at Misery.

Guy : Contact Rain tomorrow, i want every useful information.

Misery : Yes my lord (Rain seem to have a lot of fun.)
