We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your costumes, dresses, or wigs etc. The full price of the item will be refunded as long as the product is new and in good condition. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Worry-Free Delivery fee are non-refundable.

• Prosthetics, fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair, and any other artificial hair products, including hairpieces, clips, extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair.
